Do you offer electric vehicle charging points?
Yes, we do. We have two electric vehicle charging points in the main car parking area at Ufford Park.
Can I store my luggage if I arrive before check-in or leave after check-out?
Yes, that’s no problem. We can store luggage at the main reception at Ufford Park.
Do you offer a lost-and-found service for forgotten items?
Yes, our guests’ lost property is logged and stored at our reception at Ufford Park.
Is the property cashless, or do you accept cash payments?
Ufford Park is cash-free, but card and contactless payments can be made.
Is parking available?
Ufford Park has plenty of complimentary parking which is easily accessible. There's no need to pre-book.
Do you offer a transfer service?
Sadly, we don't offer a shuttle or transfer service at Ufford Park. We're more than happy to organise a taxi for you, just speak to the team at the front desk.
Is WiFi included?
Complimentary WiFi is available across Ufford Park.
Is the hotel accessible?
Ufford Park is accessible to guests using wheelchairs throughout the terraces, public areas, restaurants, bedrooms, spa and function rooms.
Is the hotel child-friendly?
Ufford Park is a child-friendly resort. We have highchairs and cots for guests to use, dedicated swim times, and our Waterside restaurant offers a children's menu.

Are there USB charging points in the rooms?
Most rooms have USB charging points at Ufford Park. USB plugs are also available at reception if needed.
Can I request late check-out?
Of course! Late check-out up to 1pm can be arranged before you arrive or during your stay at Ufford Park, subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary based on your selected accommodation at Ufford Park. Please check the applicable terms when booking your stay.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check in any time from 15:00 and check out any time before 11:00 (unless otherwise specified). You can purchase early check-in or late check-out — speak to Ufford Park's reception team to enquire about this.
Do you offer a wake-up service?
We offer a complimentary wake-up call service at Ufford Park. Please let a team member know before you go to bed and we will be sure to wake you at your preferred time.
Spa
Can I use the spa if I book a treatment?
If you book a standalone treatment at Ufford Park, spa access is not included. However, thermal spa use is included with all of our spa days.
Are there any age restrictions for specific spa treatments?
At Ufford Park, all our spa treatments are for guests aged 16 and over.
Do you cater to specific skin concerns in your treatments?
Yes, our experienced therapists at Ufford Park can advise on specific skin concerns. A consultation is included with every treatment to ensure it’s tailored to you.
Can I purchase the products used in my treatment?
Yes, you can. The therapists at Ufford Park will happily recommend and help you purchase the products used during your treatment.
Are there any quiet zones in the spa?
Yes, the spa at Ufford Park includes a hibernation room, perfect for unwinding in complete silence.

Do you offer GPS-enabled golf buggies?
Yes, we have a fleet of GPS enabled buggies at Ufford Park.
Is there a golf academy?
Yes, we have an academy onsite at Ufford Park which offers expert tuition year-round from Head PGA Professional, Sam Foster.
Club
Are there private changing facilities available?
Yes, we offer spacious changing areas at Ufford Park, including options for families.
Can I bring a guest to the club?
Yes, you can bring a guest to the club at Ufford Park. We offer guest passes for members, which can be arranged with our club team in advance.
Celebrations & weddings
Can you recommend local florists, photographers, or other suppliers?
Of course. We have several dedicated local suppliers who we have great relationships with. Speak to Ufford Park's team for more information.
Are there any restrictions on live music or entertainment?
At Ufford Park, some finish times and volume levels are set. Please ask your wedding coordinator for more information.
Can we use our own decorations, or do you provide them?
We do have a selection onsite at Ufford Park, but you are more than welcome to bring along your own! Your wedding coordinator will run through all your requirements as part of your appointments.
Do you offer special rates for wedding guest accommodation?
Yes, we do! All our wedding couples at Ufford Park can take advantage of 10 bedrooms with a 10% discount on the best available rate.

Can I arrange for branded materials or signage to be displayed?
Yes, of course. Get in touch with the team at Ufford Park and we can discuss this.
Do you provide notepads, pens, and other stationery?
Yes, we do. At Ufford Park, notepads, pens and stationery are all included in your delegate package.
